Divide and Conquer (2004)

In this quartet, Dorfman explores marital bliss, harmony and perfection. Sunday times, brunch at 11 and lovemaking on the table. This synchrony of two in motion is suddenly replaced by the frenetic demands of life as this couple faces the transition to a family of three to four and, more poignantly, back again. Through personal experience and crystalline observation Dorfman creates a work that captures the humor, seriousness, and age old complexities of family life cycles.

With a commissioned score by award winning composer, Joel Diamond, DIVIDE AND CONQUER will leave you both smiling with recognition and contemplating your past, present and future.
