Anna Woolf began her dance training at age four, at Eastside Ballet Center in Mesa, Arizona, and performed throughout the state with the EBC Dance Ensemble. She also performed professionally in the Cliff Keuter and Elina Mooney 40th Anniversary Concert, with Center Dance Ensemble and was a guest performer at Arizona State University and colleges all over Arizona. In 2002, she was accepted to The Juilliard School, where she performed works by renowned choreographers such as Mark Morris, Jiri Kylian, José Limón, Paul Taylor, Ronald K. Brown, and Eliot Feld. Since graduating, she has danced in New York with Company XIV, Lane & Co., and choreographer Adam Barruch. This is Anna’s second season with CDDC. She wishes to thank her dance family in Arizona and New York for believing in her abilities, and of course, thank her own family for their continual love and support.
